Wash poppin ya’ll! Speaking of Cardi B’s vibrant self, I think it’s safe to say that 2017 has been as vibrant as both her and this Guess jacket I am wearing. 2017 allowed me to be spontaneous and to step out of my comfort zone to gain more knowledge of self. From launching my sneaker campaign #ShesGotSoleXO, visiting Toronto a second time, landing more collaborations, and hitting up Los Angeles to go to Complexcon. I was always worried about my finances until I realized that money is just an illusion for it comes and goes. It is the experiences you create that matter. We all have moments where we want to give up for we don’t believe that we are advancing to the next level. It’s great to advance whether it be through an idea, academics, networking and planning, but remember, it’s our character that keeps us there. There’s times where I have to sit down and remind myself why I started this platform and it wasn’t to get famous on Instagram. It’s because I want people to not only live their lives, but style their lives in the most colorful and authentic way possible. If your life was an outfit, how would you style it? Well in this case, the yellow Guess jacket represents the light in a dark room, the crewneck represents authenticity for this girl is Canadian made and although the boots are white, they don’t mind getting dirty in tough terrain.

I want to take this moment and say thank you to every single person that I got the opportunity to collaborate with, the new friends I got to meet both locally and overseas, and the friends that I have lost. Without ya’ll, I wouldn’t be able to learn from you and you either served as blessing, or a lesson learned. Thank you all for taking the time to read my content and I cannot wait to show you what I have in store this coming new year. I wish you all love, peace, and prosperity. ❤
