Just Blaze

I know you probably thought of the infamous producer Just Blaze after seeing the title to this post, but ya’ll are mistaken. Yeah he had a few bangers back in the day but we gon talk about this style situation I’ve been having. Lately ya girl has been experiencing feelings of uncertainty when it comes to styling multiple looks. She finds herself in between sticking to her comfort zone and not knowing what to pair with staple pieces until low and behold, she discovered a thrifted oversized blazer hanging miserably in the back of her closet. No wrinkles, no marks, just a grail waiting to be worn. Normally I would wear this to the office with a black tee and trousers underneath with some minimal jewelry but something was telling me to be a bit risque. Risque as in wear nothing underneath while the Parkshop x S.P. Badu fanny pack blesses my waist, preventing my tit-tas from popping out. Modesty has always been a term in my fashion vocabulary but hey, gotta liberate yourself a bit in order to be comfortable in your own skin. I cannot tell you the number of times my nipples muttered “free us” during this shoot which got me thinking. Why not be like Riri and free the nipple like she did at the 2014 Balmain show afterparty in Paris? I’m deadass, this is going to happen at some point during my fashion journey. But for now, enjoy today’s look! Oh and peep the Air Max LX’s, just in time for #AirMaxDay coming up on the 26th!

Happy styling,
