Hay ya’ll! Hope your 2019 has been off to an amazing start! This year I have made it all about progress and mastering the art of manifestation. I used to think that manifesting was complete BS for I have tried to close my eyes and visualize myself achieving a milestone in my life. But similar to that Kardashian halfer, I started like, realizing things about manifesting a thang or two and here’s what I discovered:
1. Acting is a great manifestation tool!
It allows us to embody the person we want to become and behave in a way we desire. You have to create a setting and ensure that your reality lines up. For example, if you want to be confident, give yourself positive affirmations and carry yourself the way you believe a confident person would carry themselves. If you want to be rich, spend your money the way a wealthy person would spend their money.
2. Create a mantra for yourself!
It can be anything, it doesn’t have to be a full on Gary Vaynerchuk saying filled with f-bombs. It can be anything, check out some manifestation mantras that I have used that have helped make my dreams a reality:
- You got this girl!
- How am I gonna be great today?
- I am worthy!
- I am worthy of….
- I’m a bad b****!
- I am fulfilled.
- Be so good, Riri would wanna be friends with me!
*The last point helped me prosper the most*
3. Be aware of the energy you put out!
Whatever it is you begin to cultivate and embody, you will see it reflected in reality. I strongly believe that whatever we put out into the universe, the universe will reciprocate. If you want blessings, be a blessing to both yourself and to others. Be kind. Be patient. Be okay with making mistakes. Be the best version of yourself that you could possibly be =)
Fashion lets me manifest for each day allows me to dress my best and put my best foot forward, literally. Whether I’m going to the Nike headquarters to design a sneaker, a CEO meeting with a client or a content creator going to meet w rep of a big fashion brand to be a part of their campaign. And when that vision comes to your head, it makes you think of how you’re gonna act, what mantras you’ll chant, and what energy you’ll give off when you walk into that room. For this look, I envisioned myself at the Nike Headquarters about to meet with Tinker Hatfield to discuss a possible idea for a Jordan 1. Professionally street is what I call this look! The blazer dress and turtleneck are professional while the shades, satin trousers and Jordan 1’s show off the edgy street side. Hopefully Tinker will like my design, and this fit. *Crosses fingers* Manifesting as we speak!

I LOVE this post! Thank you for those mantras! Such a great reminder to keep being positive and to keep being kind. To attract positive vibes, you gotta emit positivity! It can be a challenge to be optimistic at times, but you just gotta keep reminding yourself that you got this!
